Everything was exceptional! Very good staff and location, great value for money. Absolutely gorgeous view, a wide balcony, very comfy bed, too. Restaurant was stunning and clean. Pool was incredible and there were a sauna and a jacuzzi.

The hotel has WONDERFUL atmosphere and fabulous views. We truly enjoyed our coffee with goodies at M&s Cafe. The suite room included a personal safe, central heating and ironing facilities, we were happy about that. Honestly nothing too much trouble.
Maybe the street, it was noisy.

We really enjoyed the bed, which was good. Within a walking distance of bistro du vin, where you can have lunch. Excellent base for a holiday in York! Nothing bothered us with the hotel...
